Coordinating your business move
It is vital that every office removal is managed by a central move manager who is aware of the move plan and the bigger picture of the impact of the move on the business. We can quote for your move by carrying out an onsite survey for larger removals. Once the surveyor has obtained the volume of your move, a detailed and tailor-made plan will be created by your move coordinator, taking the following into account:
Wrapping, packing and unpacking requirements
IT relocation
Materials, labour and vehicles required for the move
Crate hire
Your move coordinator will work with the business or facilities manager through all stages of the relocation process to ensure the removal is conducted as efficiently as possible.
Protection and packing solutions
Each business has a different request with packing prior to the move and we offer flexibility to assist. We can supply reusable crates on a rental basis, creating a cost-effective option with maximum protection. Our experienced packers can load the crates prior to the move; however, some employers opt to provide a crate or two to each employee to pack their desk themselves. The crates are then labelled for that individual and placed onto the new office move layout plans, this reduces double handling of the crates as they are delivered straight to the correct desk at the new premises.
In addition, our team can assist with wrapping and protecting large conference tables and equipment as well as packing up communal areas. Should unpacking be required, this can be arranged with high priority items being highlighted and unwrapped first to reduce disruption to the business operations.
